I think that may be what the document experts always say. When you get down to it, they aren't the ones with the chain of custody that establishes that one of the signatures comes from the person it's supposedly from. If they say, "same person," then somebody else can handle the issue of whether that person is Killian.
Sure - I understand that.
Which is why you should provide them with a signature known to be that of Killian. I've seen no evidence that they did that.
