Smear for smear doesn't look good. I know its hypocritical of Rather but its beneath us.

Just take W's example, he rises above the stuff. You know W's could have bashed Clinton to death with all the crap he pulled but he didn't. One of the endearing qualities of W is that he just keeps chugging along and doesn't get dragged down by all of the negativity. He doesn't care what the opposition thinks, he's got his plan (which a majority of Americans agree with) and he is going to implement it come hell or high water...

Exactly. He says Kerry should be proud of his service. I think he even went as far as to say that Kerry was 'more a hero' than he (Bush) was, since he saw commbat (or words to that effect).

The contrast between Bush and Kerry is enormous.
