Why doesn't somebody at CBS just pull the plug on this thing?

Christ, now the whole story hinges on testimony of an 80+ year old lady who thinks Bush stole the election who also says that the documents are forgeries.

Dan, you just sealed the election for George W. Bush. Not like he needed your help, but thanks anyway. And if you take CBS News down with you while you're at it, that's fine too. They've been polluting the airwaves long enough.

What a way to end a career. Reminds me of Clinton.

Septuagenarians don't do well with high stress, and little sleep.

Especially when the 70y/o is a pompous ass who's become a laughing stock among his peers.

A Houston radio affiliate has dropped Rather from the top of the hour news, and has told CBS to fire Rather by Monday, come clean, or else this affiliate is going to rescind his contract with CBS.

Hmm... I find it "interesting" that Dan Rather will interview a lady that Lt. Col. Killian worked with, but won't interview his son or his wife.

And, Dan has tried to get away with the "well, they didn't work with Lt. Col. Killian" angle, which only shows how much of an idiot Dan really is, because Lt. Col. Killian's son was not only his son, but he was a co-worker as well.

I have never seen anything like this in my life. I was pretty sure that Dan Rather hated the Bush family's guts, but I didn't know that he was this morally corrupt.

Sad.
