This sounds like an exact description of Burkett, the mentally-unbalanced ex-guardsman with paranoid ideas about Bush.

Right here we are looking at the reason that will be given for not revealing the sources. Good old Dan just couldn't put this man/woman/the DNC through any more stress and maybe even put their life in danger.
