Objection! That is merely conjecture...how in the world did she know what "accurately reflected the thoughts" of LTC Killian? She was the pool secretary who typed the memos for the entire office...thirty years ago. Most (good) secretaries type on automatic, not "reading" the documents as they type but merely typing the letters and words. This just screams agenda.

It also screams HEARSAY, and wouldn't be admissable in court. Especially since the conversations the elderly secretary says she heard were over thirty years ago. MY GOD! CBS surely thinks it's above the law, doesn't it?
