The original title of the email was "The Resume of George W Bush". It was debunked on FR here - http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/906471/posts
Unfortunately the PDF file link is no longer available. Maybe you could contact the athor - I pinged him above. If you google this "resume" you'll see it all over the place as well as probably find it debunked but I haven't searched for that so not sure.
The ammo will do nicely for "input".
