From what I've seen of BOR over the last few days, he is not very concerned about the fake memos. His opening segment two night in a row have been about CBS and the forged documents and how CBS is destroying its credibilty.

Yes, but O'Reilly's point is not that the memos are proven fakes, but, Rather (ouch!), that CBS is stonewalling... and refusing to initiate an investigation.
