I disagee with congressional investigations into political speech. If there was a crime committed, get law enforcement involved, but keep congress out of it.

However, I think the Bush camp should say that there are legitimate concerns about Rather's objectivity, now that he is part of the story on the campaign. The Bush folks should require a different moderator for the debate.
