Caroline Glick, Jerusalem Post, July 11, 2003, "Meaningless Half-Steps"...Ahmed Nassef speaks eloquently and claims to be a "moderate" muslim, but there are a number of problematic issues with his views. According to his website, he has attended Islamic Society of North America conferences, he criticizes Pres. Bush, (check out for what), he is against the Patriot Act, is a Kerry supporter.
Don't be fooled people...do your homework better. Read Glick's entire article, it is excellent.
No one's playing me......I don't trust Nawash.
I will tell you, that Daniel Pipes wrote a revealing article on Nawash and his associations about 2yrs ago. It wasn't flattering. This past June, he met Nawash, and deleted the negative article from his website.
He's giving Nawash another chance, but he's keeping his eye on him.
You can bet, if Pipes smells anything wrong, he'll be investigating Nawash again, and writing about it.
