According to the constitution, the qualifications for a presidential candidate are:
1. Natural Born Citizen
2. At least 35 years of age
3. Lived in the U.S. for at least 14 years
4. Not already been president twice
GWB met all 4 criteria in 2000 and still does. However, in 2008, he will not.
