Was Kerry AWOL when he was still in the military and meeting with North Vietnames communist with Kennedy and Jane Fonda in Paris?
Yes, I'd say that qualifies as AWOL.
John Kerry is certainly AWOL from his Senate Duties.
I have a document that proves he was...
We know where he was in April of 1971, stabbing his fellows in the back before the U.S. Senate.
So do I, there on my hard drive and they came from his website. However I can't find his pay statements.
He's been AWOL from the Senate for several months;
1. He was the lone vote that defeated the minimum wag bill by not voting
2. He did not introduce renewal of the AWB or a new bill to replace it
3. He was absent from intelligence committee meetings; either public or closed door
4. He has never voted in favor of or introduced legislation to inprove veterans benefits; why because he doesn't go to work
He's collecting a pay check at our expense for not going to work. I demand he repay the US Treasury all the money he didn't earn.
Also, was his 'honorable' discharge dated 1978 previously something other than honorable? He should have been discharged years before 1978.
WHAT an excellent question. Please put Dan Blather right on it! I am sure Dan is looking into it.
Kerry and his ilk were in direct communications with the Communists and coordinating anti-war activities in America. Go here FBI FILES and check out pages 21 through 25 for proof.
Kerry betrayed America, he betrayed his fellow Vietnam Veterans, and he betrayed our POWs and their families.
KERRY also went to Paris and met with the Communist North Vietnamese and the Communist Viet Cong representatives to discuss how America should surrender. KERRY then came back to America and went on TV to spew the Communists propaganda. KERRY IS A TRAITOR TO AMERICA.
It would make a great poster along with a picture of him dressed as a loser from his protest days. Kerry went AWOL
...I'm no Kerry fan, but he wasn't AWOL. I enlisted in the Navy Reserve on Sept. 1966 and went to bootcamp on March 20 1967 (during those months I did not have to attend drills...) In March of 1971, I was released from active duty and was placed in an inactive status until Sept. 1973 and during those months did not have to attend drills. That was a common practice then and still is today.
I believe if he didn't get permission with the reserves to go to France he is screwed... Also what year did the St.Louis meeting take place where they were talking about killing US Senators? he left the State on that occasion also, he also left the state when he went to Detroit, MI for the Winter Soldier Inverstgation(that was a fraud)
AWOL? nope!
BUT --- since kerry was still a naval officer, with a security clearance, he WAS under certain guidelines restricting some foreign travel and should have submitted for a release/permission to travel to Paris - and especially to meet with the ENEMIES of the United States that were determined to KILL Americans.
THAT is a court-martial offense that in time of DECLARED WAR is pounishable by DEATH by FIRING SQUAD!
I think that it is time to formally declare war!
i think they hang traitors
Looks like we're both on the same track here!

Exactly...he was still under jurisdiction of the UCMJ until final discharge
Don't go down this road. Bush has miraculously gotten the best of the Vietnam argument. Opening up yet another front is not needed, and may backfire.
