I think it was just a contact name and number for an organization in Burma.

Hawkins was born on Aug. 12, 1962. He was graduated from Cornell University in 1985 with a bachelor of arts degree in Russian and Soviet studies. Hawkins lives in Tel Aviv with his wife and son.
