The question in my mind isn't what is in the new documents, but whether the conflicts between these documents and what Kerry has released will force Kerry to sign the SF180.
Kerry can claim they are forgeries. Others can claim that the docs that Kerry has released are forgeries.
But there is an easy way to resolve the conflict - sign the SF180!
If these are copies of offical Navy documents, we will know. There will be stamps and other identifying marks all over it.
Kerry would be charging O'Neill with a Federal Crime. He better have the goods to back it up. "Based on what, Senator?"
