Washington, DC, Sep. 13 (UPI) -- Five widows whose husbands were killed in the Sept. 11 attacks will endorse John Kerry for president on Tuesday, United Press International has learned.[snip]
Breitweiser and the others have become increasingly outspoken critics of the administration recently, especially since the launch of the war in Iraq.
"That was not about making the country safer," she said of the war.
The five have been criticized as partisan opponents of President Bush, after speaking out earlier this year against his use of imagery from Ground Zero in election ads.

Apparently, the MSM hasn't heard about the other 9/11/ families. Or perhaps they'd rather ignore them since they don't fit into the MSM's agenda.
All 5 very likely ardent Democrats before hand... I'm sure there are a number of widows and widowers who would endorse Bush in a heartbeat. This is a non-issue.
The same ones that attended the 9/11 hearings?
There are probably 1500 widows from that day, and these five are the only ones anybody listens to. I wonder why that is?
Don't bother telling me, I already know.
More than likely, they're somehow connected to one of Heinz's 57 variety foundations.
That the widows of 0.18% of the victims endorse Kerry is newsworthy? Just imagine the media firestorm if it was a whole 1%!
Not more than likely, already established. Organizational and funding support from the Tides foundation, the lunatic left money laundering operation.
Why airline security failed
Gore commission study material still classified
How Al Gore aborted air safety
"I can`t take the guilt anymore! I can`t take the guilt anymore! ARRRGH!"
Kerry and his POS will stop at nothing.
And these 5 woman don't speak for all or even most of the widows, so the headline is misleading. these are a few political hacks out of a group of thouseand or so.
Where I come from, this is called "making hay" from widowhood.
Yep, probably the ones they had front and center who cried on cue on camera anytime Bush was mentioned.
"The same ones that attended the 9/11 hearings?"
Yes, the "jersey girls". Foolish women.
Ignore them. They don't deserve a response, and they have very little influence, if any, on the voting public.
Kinda the same % as Kerry's "band of brothers"...I truly hope that the bigger band of brothers (VN era vets) will be the difference in this election.......
I fear their husbands may not be so happy with their activities.
600 were suing the Saudi Prince Jaime Gorelich's law firm was defending. I wonder who they supported?

I know that political correctness dictates that nothing should be said about these unfortunate women who lost their loved ones in that murderous attack. I would not do so, but their hypocrisy is astounding. They castigate others for making a political issue of 9/11, while doing so themselves. I view this in the same light I view John Kerry's Vietnam service. If he had not made a big deal of it, perhaps I, and others, would not have either. Same with these women. Their wrong-headedness is almost too much to believe. It shows that politics does indeed trump common sense. As a counterpoint, I like to view the situation of Debra Burlingame - whose brother, Charles, was the pilot of the plane that crashed into the Pentagon. How many times has she appeared in the media? She is an outspoken critic of the "Families of 9/11" organization, but she has probably been on TV once to every 10 times those other women have. And we all know, there IS no media bias.
