Well, I decided to send this to Jim Geraghty at the Kerry Spot at NRO first, cause I like his blog.
If he doesn't post it within a couple of hours, I'm sending it to the Powerline blog guys.
I would send it to Instapundit, but the last three or four times I've emailed him with stuff I felt was good he's never responded. The last time I asked him to just confirm for me that I had his address right, and he didn't even bother responding to that - so his loss.
I really do believe this is a smoking gun. There can be no rational explanation for this twip-level centering, given the 2nd example of it in this new June 24th memo. All the rest of the evidence of forgery is just icing.
