Excellent program. Very good commentary all the way around.

Who can counter the carefully handpicked "experts" foisted on the public by the MSM.

Have you all seen that freeper Travis McGee discredited a fake pro kerry NavySEAL in an AP story yesterday? Worldnet daily and others have picked up the story.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and be very wary of any news plug of bloggers. I've already heard TV journalists complain about the power of the internet, including O'Bloviator himself. If Kerry becomes President, it wouldn't surprise me in the least to see the government censor political speech on the net. Hell, they've already shot the first amendment in the leg. Just wait until someone like McCain realizes the power of the internet, especially after these 527s have garnered much of their support/publicity on the web...

It's fun to see him pinned on the ropes. The longer it lasts, the better.

The criticism was significant, and it was from mainstream news personalities who were not wearing pajamas.

We don't know that. We only see these guys from the waist up.

"...it's the members who are confronting the liberal corruption in the NEWS."

It's the little things too. Like the AP booing story. Not only did we have people watching the tv feed. We had MaineRepublic check in with an on the scene, honest, report. I don't care what the truth is. I just want it.

Why would a file memo be copied for a dozen generations anyway?

And if that many generations of copies had actually been made, why didn't they surface in 1978 when he ran for Congress? Or 1994, 1998, or 2000? That many generations of copies implies that many people would have had one. There must have been incredible collusion not to have disclosed it before.

John Kerry stands for NOTHING"

I'm afraid that ... that statement is NOT entirely true. John f'n kerry stands for just about evrything I detest in a human being

Yes it is very satisfying, it couldn't happen to a "nicer" guy. Rather has had this coming for so long,he thought he was so high-and-mighty that he could play both sides, shill for the 'rats and still be respected as an objective reporter. As if, how dare we question his objectivity, even if he does kiss commies' and dictator's azzes and raise money for 'rats?

"I enjoyed Fineman's remarks...he gets it."

Yes. He said, IIRC, what we have is credibility. That's been missing for a long time. Not here, however. I think my first post was to repeat a comment Nancy Pelosi made. I did hear it with my own ears, but I could not remember the particulars. I was challenged and fell short in my recollection. I can't tell you how impressed I was by that challenge. That did not happen again. If necessary, I make notes.

You are right. From now on he will be known for the forgeries. I still remember him crying on the floor of the Democrat Convention in Chicago after a delegate punched him in the stomach. Cronkite was like a wuss father consoling him on the air.

I was discussing that very issue today at work.

I think we have a current president that wont allow that to happen.

We need this guy to prevail!

Free Speech and a permanent moratorium on internet Taxes,
plus an initiative to make broadband affordable and accessible to all by 2007!

Yes I did. We need to do another massive Freep of AP! Who was the "jourhnalist" who filed that story. Why is his name not a household name on Free Republic the way Tom Hays is?

Could it be that the original source of the forged memos is Rather's daughter?

Agree with everything you say. Read Richard Poe's book, and watch your backside everyone.
