Because most women are not visually stimulated. They are emotionally stimulated. Thus, reading a book about some heoric stud resucing them is far more of a turn on that seeing some naked gay guy on the page of a magazine. Psychology 101.

Well, in 1970 I knew enough to not get between my great-grandmother and a TV when Tom Jones was on. Ditto my daughter now and George P. Bush.
I would agree that women are generally not as easily visually stimulated as men, but it does happen.
You are correct, but I think women are also visually stimulated, just not in the same way as men. Women look at features like eyes and smiles or the general build of a man while men focus on T&A and legs that lead to another place of interest. (I didn't know how else to phrase that here on FR.)
Why berate yourself for your typos? "...resucing..." is a very interesting word. :o)
