I tuned in to The McLaughlin Group last night and was dismayed to see how much that show has deteriorated.

The only discussion that McLaughlin gave to the forgery topic -- forcefully raised by Tony Blankley -- was to pooh-pooh it.

The old man is slipping.

And it's the audience that's driving this — not only, or even primarily, the journalists, liberal though journalists may be.

There is no evidence to support that. In fact, the evidence shows that to the contray.

I saw "The McGaughlin Group" yesterday and completely agree with you. At one time a cutting edge political show, it has deteriorated into inside the Beltway denial and alter-reality analysis ("Iraq is worse than Vietnam", "The Swift Vets did not have an impact", ect.). Watching that show it feels like a bunch of Kerryites that have nothing in common with the rest of America. Tony Blankley is the only astute person still on there and he should strongly think about excusing himself to go somewhere else.
