I think he looks like an actor who played the principal in a movie "Ferris Bueller's Day Off". Sorry, I can't think of the actor's name, he was the straight man in the movie who became the victim of dog bites and other indignities througout the film (as he tried his best to catch a crafty truant, played by Mathew Broderick).
