This campaign is beyond bizarre. This is apparently how they answer the decorated SwiftVets who are burying the traitorous bastard.

No, it's not. They raised this very issue back in 1999. I've posted two independent references from that year on this thread.

Swift Vets or no, they would have made this idiotic attack on Bush with this. It is not in retaliation for the Swift Vets, though I realize and know how livid and enraged the Kerry Kamp is over the Swifties.

But the attack was never this intense. They never tried to furnish fake documents before. Ra^ther's biggest problem (well, besides posing as a journalist) is that he believes he has the story and will do anything to advance it. He will justify fake documents because, well, after all, the story is true.
