He's not listed as MCPON. He gave his rank as MACM. Both are E-9. There are several othe E-9 master chief designations. MACM is going to be one per ship. There have obviously been hundreds.
Yeah, but according to elfman, the guy says he retired a Master Chief Petty Officer. Guess I'm just not understanding the terms correctly.

Also, there is NOT one MACM per ship. Only large ships would have an Master At Arms that senior.
