No SEAL in their right mind would take the chance of being put on the SEAL Wall of Shame. If he did have a name change, he'd go all the way back to BUD/S to make sure that he could never be put on that Wall.
He would have made sure to tell the AP that he had a name change, all SEALs are very aware of AuthentiSeal and the WALL OF SHAME.
Hope they can handle the load when people that didn't know about them before start outing other vermin.
