Why is this woman walking around free?
Not only that, but she is rich too. She's lived a life of luxury, and fame none of the veterans have. Our nation is misguided in this department. We allow these imbeciles to live with fame and fortune while veterans live a lot of times close to poverty.
Re Why Jane Fonda is walking around free, read "Aid and Comfort" by Henry Mark Holzer. The government had an excellent case against her but refused to prosecute for fear of being clobbered by the media. Book also gives an excellent review of previous treason convictions. JK definitely meets the requirements of (1) aiding the enemy and (2) such acts witnesses by at least two. Whether he actually intended to do so is unclear, as it is with Fonda.
