There is a current post that tries to defend Mohammed's sex with a 9 year old girl. The Imam takes extra measure to indicate that he waited until she reached puberty.

Only thing is another Imam had already answered a different person's question as to whether it was permissible for a man to have sex with his wife if she has not reached puberty yet. The answer was "yes" because she was his wife.
