And an excellent rant too.

One of the MSM defenders, I forget who, impuned the bloggers and internet posters the other day "just a bunch of guys in their bathrobes sitting at their computers".

They are starting to see that they can no longer feed us lies, without being challenged on their facts (memo-gate), and they can no longer suppress news, they don't want people to know (Swifties).

Just goes to show you how much power the MSM used to have.

But not anymore, thanks to all the informed and inquisitive people who can post facts, their analysis and ask the questions MSM should be asking, but isn't.

Yeah, I saw that.

I sit around in my old flight jacket wishing I was young again. So there!

It was Jonathan Klein, he said we sit at our computers in pajamas thinking we are experts ... Steven Hayes called it a cheap shot and insulting to a lot of folks..

We’ll examine the issue with Stephen Hayes of The Weekly Standard and Jonathan Klein, former executive vice president of CBS News and founder of FeedRoom.com.

Should there be FreeRepublic merchandise as a premium for support, etc., I would die for an official FR bathrobe. I'd even settle for an iron-on patch to modify my own!
