If this is not a hoax, then it seems important to highlight the isolation moment - the possible isolation from Russia seems like a major concern for terrorists.

It seems to me that the isolation from Russia/Israel/West is a potent weapon and it should be widely used both directly and as pressure tool against both terrorists, their supporters and fence sitters. Again if this is not a hoax, it is yet another proof of this often overlooked issue.
