Isn't it illegal to leak Air Force personnel files? Of course, Bush is too much of a good sport to let this bother him.

How come no one leaks Kerry's files, I wonder?

I don't know that Kerry's files haven't been leaked. Swift Boat Vets seem pretty confident. I seem to remember that they have promised an October Surprise. Just musing.

The documents in question are forgeries. Therefore, no leak of a personnel file has taken place. Instead, falsified government documents are being used to defame a sitting president.

How many crimes are involved, I do not know. Berger has not spent a day in jail. I, as an American, am unsure what the law is anymore. Special priviledges abound. If you're CBS, Dan Rather, John Kerry, Ted Kennedy, I guess one can get away with even inadverent murder...maybe you have to be a Clinton for the...
