Oh , man I just solved a computer problem I have been fighting for weeks.

I had a bent pin in a SCSI cable that was making intermittent contact . I guess by moving my scsi drives and connecting and unconnecting them trying to check out a new drive which I was suspicious of , also had a new PCI SCSI control card, I finally bent the pin enough that it just wouldn't work , and I could finally see that it was bent....

LOLOL, Ernest, I'm a 'girl' and I wish you lived next door to me because all I know how to do is clean out things and check Norton, Spybot, Adaware, Zone Alarm and download a registry cleaner!!

What really helped was when I emptied the 'recycle bin' which I haven't done in the two years I've had this computer!!

First you delete, then you empty out the trash - I hope ther isn't another place where you trash the trash but I'm sure there is!!

I'm sure not opening up the computer to fix a bent pin!
