BTW how can they claim the following... "Under the leadership of Sheikh Zayed, the UAE and the two Emirates of Dubai and Abu Dhabi have developed into two of the most forward thinking and modern places that exist on Earth....it was just announced this week that women in Saudi Arabia will not be permitted to vote...and other than the 4,000+ members of the royal families, most of their people live in very poor conditions.

I also half wondered about a possible Osama announcement, but then we've been there many times before, not holding my breath on that one :)
It's not clear whether the 'announcement' will truly be of world-wide interest (the original poster clearly thinks it is) or whether it'll turn out to be a damp squib for those of us in the west.
As for the remark you quoted, it appears to be the opinion of the original poster, I don't know what his/her agenda or background is.
The only slight clue so far that it might turn out interesting is from another poster, with his remark that the 'If this is what we suspect this is...the International Affairs Team are very interested'.
So at this stage I regard it as just one of those internet curiosities which may or may not lead somewhere interesting. We'll know for sure in the next few days.
I hate waiting for mysteries to be solved!
