I just sent them a long e-mail detailing exactly what I thought, I used polite language but they will have no doubt about what I meant. Please go to CBS. com and do the same. If you look around you will see "contact us" at the bottom of a page, click on this and you can e-mail them direct.
I think faxes are better than emails or calls. Faxes tend to show up on someone's desk.
