The problem with that argument about the superscript is that I don't think that's the same font as the Killian memos. That document definitely looks typewritten, while the Killian ones don't.

Odd that, of all the ordinals in the form, only one is written as a superscript.

Also note, with interest, that:

1. The first ordinal is not only superscripted, it's underlined.

2. It's obviously a typewritten, rather than word processed, piece. Note the "jumpy" letters in TRNG...

3. It's obviously a monospace typewriter, anyway, so how is it relevant to the matter at hand?
