Your store might not have them in stock, but a dealer that sells to law enforcement would be able to sell from their stock, even if the mags are marked "For Law Enforcement Only"

They don't make 'clips' for Glocks. They do make magazines though. Clips don't have moving parts and mags do. Clips are a strip that holds rounds that are pushed into a magazine. A magazine is inserted into the weapon. I guess you know that and just got your words mixed up.
