I recall seeing a post or two yesterday questioning the PO box number. Were you one of those?

I knew "PO Box 34567" was suspicious...

I thought the use of the Beverly Hills zip code was clever.

My God! How stupid can they be? I mean six weeks and no one questioned this address which is the most obvious red flag of all. How bad did they have to want to run this to ignore it?

Here is what happened on that, I bet.

The drafters of the forged document put in that address as a "placeholder" because they were dying to get to the letter. Then they forgot to put in a "real" forged address....no one else on the drafting / forgery committee ever looked at it again.

The fault for this goes to the ding dong who typed it and decided to put that issue off until later.

OOPS!

I knew "PO Box 34567" was suspicious...

You mean your local post office doesn't have 34,567 post office boxes?

I knew "PO Box 34567" was suspicious...

There was another thread around here yesterday that pointed out this PO box number at this Houston post office belongs to Ashland Chemical Company.

I had the same suspicion. I would think that an Air National Guard unit might have had an address at... Oh... I dunno... Perhaps an air base? I would have also thought that someone at SeeBS might have asked the same question; obviously not.
