I agree...while I don't subscribe to the "Karl Rove did it" excuse, it does appear that the forger almost wanted to get caught in their LIE...MUD The problem with the Rove Hysteria is that, as is being accounted elsewhere, the documents surfaced when someone provided them to the Kerry Kampaign. They had them to review, CBS had them to review, and they either were too stupid to spot the fakes, or were complicit. Frankly, Rather would not play ball with any Republican campaign, certainly not if it hung his rep on the line.
