According to DU, it was "Rove" and/or "the Chimpies" that forged the document to give GWB "a pass" on any further ANG stories. Some are in denial, saying CBS is standing by their story. They are now working on another story that because GWB had to do 2 passes to make a landing on one of his last flights, that he was incompetant as a pilot.
I would say its over at this point, but there is still time for the Dems to do even cookier things than this. Man are they stepping in it. It is going from Kerry going down in flames to their entire party biting the dust this November. Wow, I never thought I would witness this in my lifetime.
Rush said that one real source said Bush requested to take a flying mission in Nam twice but was rejected because he didn't have enough flight time logged.
