Former military officers and others with knowledge of military correspondence contacted CNSNews.com Thursday to present their own critique. Among the problems they cited:
Maybe if the anti-American LIBS served on ACTIVE DUTY, then they'd KNOW military correspondence. On second thought, nah, keep them out. It'd be like having a platoon of Frenchman following you around the field, LOOKING for someone to surrender to.

Despite the attempts of news organizations to obtain the source of the "60 Minutes" documents, CBS News has refused to budge. The Washington Post reported Thursday and Friday that the network wouldn't disclose where the documents came from. Subpoena Dan Rather's computer.

She said the network wouldn't provide any further information beyond its statement. Well, that ain't gonna cut it.

Not might be fake. Are fake. This liberal CBS Pravda needs to answer some serious charges not the least of which is duplicity to slander and libel a sitting President and answer its continued attempts at trying to swing a close election in favor of liberal democrats. Boycott CBS sponsors.

Good idea. Provide the name of the reviewing expert(s).
Why would CBS oppose that?
Also, when this is demonstrably proven within a reasonable doubt to be fraudulent, there are laws that have been broken. Forgery, fraudulent representation as a government official, etc.
Justice Department should be called in.
Congressional Inquiry should begin immediately.

I read last night that the Kerry camp was indeed trying to peddle these docs, and CBS was the only taker. I'll try to find a link.

The executive producer of 60 minutes (Jeff Fager) is from Massachusetts. I know because I went to high school with him. He needs to be freeped badly.

P.O. Box 34567? Isn't there a way, using the Post Office's records, to find out whether this address is legit and if so, who it belonged to at the time? Is this being looked into?
