He is technically accurate. We cannot round up ALL of the illegals. How about 90%, Mr. Homeland Security Czar?
Begin aggressive targeting of illegals in certain parts of California, Texas, etc. Make the apprehension public and the implementation of the new policies known countrywide.
Implement a Prop-187-type system where a potential illegal has to show evidence that he or she belongs in the country, whenever showing up for any official service -- hospitals, police station, school enrollment, etc. Those who don't belong are politely but firmly detained and immediate deportion procedures are begun.
Change the law such that for first offenses, illegals are fined $1,000 with fine automatically suspended if they don't fight deportation. With second and third offenses, the fine increases dramatically and their property in the US is seized -- bank accounts, cars, furniture. Also, implement a mandatory sentencing for multiple offenders.
Enforce the laws for employers who hire illegals.
Pretty soon it won't be economical for illegals to come anymore and they will stop. Others will return home because it isn't worth it anymore.
One final change -- get ready to have all our vegetables and fruits imported from Mexico, or that the price in the US increases. Those of us who dislike illegal immigration intensely need to accept this fact.
How about you go knocking down doors of every Hispanic. Especially my door, especially my brother's door.... ha, how are you going to find every illegal alien and send them out right now? What fantasy land do you live in that involves the possible logistics of removing 2 million illegal aliens?
It's a big job that will get bigger. As we all know Americans are not afraid to tackle a big job, we roll up our sleeves and dig in.
Asa is an a-hole. He can't show his face in California any more since an auditorium full of Americans told him what a jerk he was when he appeared with Rep. Issa in San Diego County. He got his butt handed to him on the John & Ken Radio show in LA on this issue.
The government has no need to deport the aliens. This is just a smoke screen. All they have to do is what is called the Slow Squeeze. Simply cut out the job opportunities and the illegals will leave of their own volition over time. They are here for one reason - jobs. If the Feds would only enforce the laws against employers hiring illegals, employers would stop and the illegals would have no jobs and leave.
We are not talking about gardening and house cleaning jobs. These illegals have gotten employment with major industries: construction, drywall, painting, meat processing, etc. They have taken legal resident's jobs for lower pay. JUST TAKE AWAY THE JOBS!
Asa Hutchinson is a fraud when it comes to this issue. Someone ask Asa Hutchinson how many employers have been fined, prosecuted, jailed for employing illegal aliens. We all know hundreds of thousand of employers are cheating American's out of jobs in an effort to increase their profits on the backs of tax payers. I'd bet none, or very few of these criminal employers have been prosecuted.
