I watched Brit Hume's show this evening, the consensus was that if the missed physical was due to drugs or alcohol use, that would be a huge problem for the Bush campaign. Back in the 70's they didn't do drug tests. Bush could have shown up stoned out of his mind and it wouldn't have made a difference [hyperbole].
