Yes, I think the signatures are the same. I'm no expert, but I know the variance of my signature. It varies by my mood.

Cashiers are taught to look at the first letters of the names, most just scribble after that. It's quick and usually effective.

Me too. Mine varies by the six pack.

Forget the signature, Proportional Font on the bottom one. That didn't come from a typewriter.

What is also key here is the CBS docs show that after the typed rank - there is NO designation indicating TX ANG - which is standard (OR USAF, etc)

Disagree. There is no way those two signatures are from the same person. I know how my signature has changed in my nearly-50 years; no way it's that different. Just look at the letter "J", as one small example.

The smell of this just gets worse the closer you get to it.

While it may be true that our signatures can to some degree reflect our moods, there are certain identifying traits that do not really change. The slash-dotted "i" for example, or the curve of a "k".

I know what you mean about signature changing with mood. My signature on a contract looks nothing like my signature when I charge my lunch.
However, my first name is William. When I sign my name my dots are always to the right of the letter "i".
Killian is the same. The alleged forgery has the dots over the "i"s.

I'm guessing you are a girl because MEN'S signatures do NOT vary by mood! Real men that is.

Agreed. However, see post 2. My signature varies almost every time I do it....it is like an elementary kid's sig...not very good.

However, I do not sometimes sign my name, sometimes initial it, and totally vary my form of wording. There are at least some common elements.

I would not call post 1 a smoking gun, but would call post 2 such. The first two sigs are from legit docs he signed. The last is from CBS. It doesn't even look like he signed his full name in the last one, but initialed it. Also, the way he signed it was consistent in the first two legit docs; it appears that Killian does not vary his sig much.

Therefore, the third doc makes no sense. It confirms the forgery.

I'd have to agree with that.

What would be, as another post above noted, proof of forgery would be to find another document with the identical signature on it, showing a copy and paste routine was done.
