Obviously who every sent these letters didn't give the postal clerk honest answers to the five questions they legally are required to ask on every item you send in the mail. But then again, maybe the inmate just dropped the letters in the prison mailbox.

Perhaps a Muslim convert getting his initiation badge from the Terrorists housed in our Prison Systems.

One last thing, wouldn't you think that all out going mail would be scanned....it is a Prison isn't it.......ooops forgot that would be infringing on their rights to privacy.
