Actually, though admittedly it's hard to tell, ABC is more balanced than CNN, NBC and CBS. WaPo is to the right of NYT as well. I'm just waiting for those guys to sit up and take notice.
Who am I kidding? We know they know. They are killing themselves trying to think up a way to run with this while still make Kerry come off looking good.
They also know any October Surprise they had planned is now worthless. Every future smear attempt against Bush is now automatically suspect.
