Cincinnati police and U.S. Secret Service agents escorted Russell from the building. Neither he nor the man who grabbed him, who declined to give his name, was arrested.
Perhaps we should call the Cincy police and report the crime?

Hey, Kerry promised a more "sensitive" war.
Not a more sensitive campaign.
Some politician was bound to go for the (former) Representative Patsty
("DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM" when not given premiums airline seats) Schroeder (D, Colorado)...
who was so taken with former President Bill Clinton's "sensitive"
cruise-missle strike on Baghdad that just killed a few janitors.

Yep sleeper hold...however this can also be used with left hand being a fulcrum and the victims head twisted with the other hand on the back of the head...
It can do serious damage to neck vertebrae...if applied 'carelessly'

I don't know. Nothing was broken, just a bad sprain. If a case was there I would have thought the ambulance chasers would have been beating my door down. That has not happened. The trial attorney crowd in Cincy saw the incident as most of them were in attendance, including the master of disaster Stan Chesley.
