Kerry may well be reaping the reward of letting the Clintonoids take over his campaign. What better way to sabatoge it than to indulge Kerry's penchant for lying and fabricating records than to fabricate some blatant forgeries that then explode in Kerry's face? PIAPS' chances of getting the DemonRat nomination in 2008 have just significantly improved.
I believe that may well have been the whole idea behind what looks like a very sloppily done forgery.
