I don't think Dan is "all there," mentally, and would be incapable of serving in a Kerry Administration (ptui! gag!). My father died from Alzheimer's Disease, so I don't say this flippantly, but Dan's irrationality, paranoia, etc., remind me of someone suffering from that or a similar affliction.

Of course, this is nothing new for Gunga Dan. What's the frequency, Kenneth?
