You are right that the line breaks work exactly as shown when using 12 point Times New Roman with the default 1 1/2" margins that Microsoft Word provides. And example is here.

You'll also note that contemporaneous Air Force docs are all in courier or some similar non-proportional pitch.

This one is easy! I posted in another subject that anyone can pull from their records an order from the same ANG and date. Doesn't everyone keep a copy of their military records? I have found that they answered more than one question.
