A Democratic lobbyist on the losing end of a legal settlement over sales of unauthorized Schwarzenegger bobblehead dolls says he'll roll out a "girlie man" model next month, to satirize Schwarzenegger and try to force a court decision on the celebrity governor's proprietary rights over his evolving political image.
"The message is that, Arnold, you ran for office, we can praise you, we can criticize you and we can poke fun at you," said John Edgell. "And if you have a problem with that, sue me."
A Washington, D.C.-based lobbyist who has worked for Democrats in Congress including Ohio's Dennis Kucinich and California's Pete Stark, Edgell said he has made bobbleheads in the likeness of President Bush, Democratic presidential hopeful John Kerry and other politicians, without repercussions.

Lobbyist John Edgell is waiting to hear if he'll get a fight from Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger over the "Girlie Man" bobblehead doll he plans to distribute. An earlier doll depicting California's chief executive did not sit well with Schwarzenegger.
