Um...He's not "virtually broke". His casino's are but that only makes up about 5% of his business dealings. On the whole, he's doing very well. And in my opinion, he is a good business man and his bank account proves it.
he's a true parasite! he loans his name to projects and takes an unreasonable override. go to hand iot to him--he has marketed the name but as far as personal wealth at best 1/10 of what is bandied about probably much less. he is all puffery.
