I don't know who, if anyone, may be suing for kerry's records. Maybe Regnery could do it and then publish it as an affordable little glossy pamphlet, with an "internet edition" as well.

I understand that in response to sKerry's cease and desist letter, Regnery declined to stop "Unfit for Command," but offered to publish "The New Soldier."
sKerry did not take them up on the offer. Oddly enough!
