JAKARTA, Indonesia — A powerful explosion near the Australian embassy in Jakarta (search) on Thursday killed at least three people and wounded many more, witnesses and officials said.
The source of the 10:15 a.m. blast outside the embassy in a business district in southern Jakarta was not immediately known.

Agree; but it could depend, however, on what we do. That would definitely fit the 'Kerry plan' for America's defense. He would raise his hands for us and fast. . .
