Well, Hewitt had Farrell Shiver on. Let me be as brief as I can: Shiver is exceptionally careful, but there is no doubt in Hugh Hewitt's mind - and Hugh is a a careful law professor - that these documents are forged. BTW Below is from Shiver's website and include his bona fides:
